CBC NewsFreezing temperatures are expected in southern Manitoba this Saturday, with Environment and Climate Change Canada forecasting a wind chill near – 40 C.
The colder temperatures will moderate throughout the southern region on Saturday for areas including Brandon, Neepawa, Virden, Pilot Mound, Minnedosa and Riding Mountain National Park, the weather agency said in a weather alert.
The extreme cold warning has been lifted for areas such as Dauphin, Russell, Roblin and Winnipegosis.
